It allowed me to reflect on the starting point of how I became a physical therapist and how I’ve changed over time through various processes. It has made me a better person. I believe this process has helped me improve, and I will apply it in the future. It’s like using writing as a way to reflect on my past and evaluate how far I’ve come.”
